Steve’s previous occupations as a lender, a banking regional manager over the state, and later running the front office of a local construction company have proven extremely useful in his current career of real estate investing.  As he and Crystal began building their portfolio of single family homes in 2013, he has become an expert in project management and rehab, as well as property management, and is the CEO of their companies.

Steve has a strong desire to serve and improve the lives of children, and has been on many local charitable organizations’ boards, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cleveland County, where he also served as President.  Through the years, he has coached many youth sports teams, beginning when he was only 19, and now coaches many of his own children’s teams.

He and Crystal have two children, and have built their businesses around having time with their family, made possible by flexibility and passive income.
